Description
An Lac House is a 10 bed sheltered housing type scheme for older Vietnamese people and provides a culturally specific service, in central Cambridge. An Lac House delivers support to people to meet their identified support needs, which can include a need for translation for some clients. The service does not deliver any care related tasks for people living at the scheme. Any care packages required are arranged outside of the support service. The support provided under this contract is non-statutory and aimed at supporting independent living and wellbeing.
