First digest lands tomorrow morning
We run the matcher overnight and send your first digest at 7am. Every tender includes: title, buyer, contract value, deadline, region, plain-English category, and a confidence badge (confirmed / pipeline / signal).
What happens behind the scenes
Every 4 hours we pull new tenders from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Every night we sweep Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eTendersNI, the NHS Atamis platform and over 140 council portal networks including Proactis, NEPO, London Tenders and In-Tend. We deduplicate across sources, translate CPV codes into plain English, score each tender against your profile, and send only the ones that match. You will typically see 5 to 30 tenders per digest depending on how broad your filters are.

Common questions
How accurate is the matching?
Matching is based on CPV categories, keywords, region and value range you set in your profile. The more specific your profile, the better the match. You can always adjust filters if you are getting too many or too few results.
What if I get too many tenders?
Tighten your filters: add more specific keywords, narrow your regions, or reduce your value range. We will suggest adjustments if your digest is consistently oversized.
What if I get too few?
Broaden your categories, add adjacent sectors, or widen your value range. Public procurement can be seasonal, quieter on bank holidays and in August.
Can I search for tenders I have missed?
Yes. Use Browse mode to search all tenders by keyword, authority, region, or CPV category. Saved searches run automatically and alert you to new matches.
Do you have a mobile app?
No app yet. The web app is fully mobile-responsive and email digests work on all devices. An app is on the roadmap.
