By accessing or using TenderSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TenderSignal is a tender monitoring and alert service. We aggregate publicly available procurement notices from UK public sector sources including Find a Tender Service, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, and Sell2Wales. We deliver personalised alerts and search tools to help you discover relevant opportunities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute tender data obtained through the Service without permission

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Tender notices displayed on TenderSignal are sourced from publicly available government APIs and procurement portals. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, all tender data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. You should always verify details directly with the contracting authority before submitting a bid.

6. Intellectual Property

The TenderSignal name, logo, and website design are our property. Tender data sourced from public procurement portals remains in the public domain. Your business profile data and preferences remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenderSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms
