Is Free really free?
Yes. Free lets you browse and discover: browse every tender, search and filter, and get a weekly count of what your saved searches found. Every new account also starts with 14 days of Pro and no card, then moves to Free unless you keep Pro. Pro is £39 a month + VAT, cancel any time, and does the finding for you: every match delivered daily with AI reasoning, portal links and contacts on the hard-to-find tenders, renewals, tender tracking with reminders, and alerts in Slack, Teams or by webhook.
What's included in the free tier?
Free lets you browse every live tender, search, filter and sort, open every tender page, award history and buyer pages, and see the buyer contact on any tender that is also on a national portal. Your saved searches keep counting, and each Tuesday we email you how many new tenders they found. No card required. Free lets you browse and discover. Pro does it for you.
What counts as a 'sector'?
A plain-English category like 'Construction', 'IT & Technology', or 'Marketing & Creative' that personalises your feed and your digest. You can pick as many as you like on any plan; we map them to CPV codes automatically, no procurement jargon needed.
What's the difference between Free, Pro and Business?
Free is for searching yourself: browse every live tender, filter, and get a weekly count of what your saved searches found. You can see tenders that are not on Find a Tender, Contracts Finder or the devolved portals; Pro adds the portal link and buyer contacts for each one. Pro does the finding for you: every match delivered daily, AI relevance with the reasoning, the portal links, tender tracking with reminders, My bids to manage every bid, and the contracts coming up for renewal in your sectors. Business is for teams: seats, collaboration and shared notes on tenders, pipeline and competitor intelligence and CSV export.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout, and every payment comes with a downloadable VAT invoice. VAT-registered businesses outside the UK can add their VAT number at checkout.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly plans are billed at 10 months' equivalent, saving you 17%. Pro yearly is £390 a year + VAT (about £33 a month instead of £39 + VAT). Business yearly is £990 (Starter), £1,990 (Growth) or £3,490 (Scale) a year + VAT. Switch on Yearly above to see them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, from your billing page or this page, on the same subscription. Changes take effect straight away and are prorated: moving up charges the difference for the rest of your billing period, moving down credits the unused time against your next invoices.
Do you offer charity or non-profit pricing?
Yes. 30% discount for registered charities and non-profits. Email us at [email protected] with your charity registration number.
Is there an agency or team plan?
