Common questions
How does the Pro trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro access: daily matched alerts, AI relevance scoring, buyer contacts and unlimited saved searches. No card required. When the trial ends you move to the Free tier (browse, watchlist, weekly digest), and you can subscribe to Pro any time to get everything back.
What's included in the free tier?
Free lets you browse and search every live tender, save tenders to your watchlist, and see matches on your dashboard. You'll also receive a weekly teaser email showing your best match with a link to log in and view the rest. No card required, free forever.
What counts as a 'sector'?
A plain-English category like 'Construction', 'IT & Technology', or 'Marketing & Creative' that personalises your feed and your daily email. You can pick as many as you like on any plan; we map them to CPV codes automatically, no procurement jargon needed.
What's the difference between Free, Pro and Business?
Free notifies you when there's something new and you log in to view it. Pro delivers your matched tenders straight to your inbox every day, ranked by AI relevance scoring, with buyer contact details so you can reach the right person. Business is for teams — it adds team seats, collaboration on tenders (shared notes, joint deadline reminders), shared team searches that all seats receive, Pipeline Intelligence, Competitor Intelligence, a bid tracker, and CSV export. Each Business seat is a full Pro user in their own right.
Is VAT included?
No. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Every payment generates a downloadable VAT invoice.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly plans are billed at 10 months' equivalent, saving you 17%. Pro yearly is £390/yr (£32.50/mo instead of £39). Business yearly pricing is available on request.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer charity or non-profit pricing?
Yes. 30% discount for registered charities and non-profits. Email us at [email protected] with your charity registration number.
