Pipeline

Pipeline Intelligence

See which UK public sector contracts are due to return to the market, predicted from awarded contract end dates, so you can prepare before they are re-advertised.

When a public body awards a contract it usually re-tenders the same work once that contract ends. We read the end dates on awarded contracts and predict when each one is likely to come back to market. Below is a sample — upgrade to Business to unlock every signal, confidence scoring, and alerts.

What is Pipeline Intelligence?

Most public sector work is not new business, it is existing contracts coming up for renewal. Pipeline Intelligence turns that pattern into forward notice: we take contracts that have already been awarded, read their end dates, and predict when each one is likely to be re-tendered. The result is a forward view of opportunities that have not been advertised yet, often months before they reach the portals.

How it works

Every awarded contract we ingest carries an award date and, where the buyer published it, an end date or duration. From those we estimate a predicted re-tender date and assign a confidence tier based on how complete and reliable the underlying data is. When a prediction later matches a live tender that actually appears, we flag it so you can see the opportunity the moment it opens. The whole pipeline is refreshed every day as new awards are published across more than 480+ UK and Irish sources.

Why it is useful

  • Get in before the crowd. By the time a tender is advertised, incumbents have often been talking to the buyer for months. Knowing a contract is coming lets you do the same.
  • Plan your bidding year. See what is due to renew across your sectors and regions, and focus your effort on the opportunities worth chasing.
  • Never be caught short. Add a predicted renewal to your pipeline and we alert you the moment the real tender drops, so you are never scrambling with days to spare.
  • Build the right relationships. Understand which authorities have work coming up and when, and introduce yourself well ahead of the notice.
