Market Engagement Sessions - Prevention Services South Gloucestershire

South Gloucestershire Council is re-procuring a number of preventative services under a prevention lot (and each contract will be separate under this lot) and invites VCSE organisations within South Gloucestershire to apply to be accredited to the Care and Support in Your Home Framework to access these potential contract opportunities. The contracts will be 3 years plus 2-year extensions available, and the prevention lot will consist of the below opportunities:

• Stroke Services in South Gloucestershire
• Befriending Services for Older People
• Dementia Community Support
• Dementia Action Alliance
