Provision of Homeless Supported Accommodation, Outreach Tenancy Support and Housing First Services

Provision of housing support services to assist individuals and households experiencing homelessness, housing instability or requiring support to sustain accommodation. The service will contribute to homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, independent living and improved wellbeing outcomes. The requirement is expected to include:

• Housing First support services for individuals with multiple and complex needs.
• Outreach tenancy support services for people residing within the Falkirk Council area.
• Supported accommodation services, including accommodation management and support provision for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Interim accommodation-based housing support with move-on outreach for young people aged 16-35, with priority given to those aged 16-21. The service supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to build the skills, resilience and independence required to sustain housing and progress towards settled accommodation. Support is estimated at 170 hours per week over 17 rooms in accommodation unit provided by Falkirk Council.
