Provision of cleaning services across YMCA St Pauls Group's property portfolio, including planned and periodic cleaning, consumable management (subject to final scope), performance monitoring and reporting, social value delivery, and contract mobilisation/transition activities

The contract will be procured competitively in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, using the competitive flexible procedure applicable to procurements run by reference to a dynamic market. It is anticipated that the procurement process will include conditions of participation, followed by evaluation on Quality, Social Value and Price, with a potential interview and site visit for shortlisted suppliers. Only suppliers who meet YMCA St Paul's Group's minimum criteria will be invited to submit a tender.
