Upgrade your plan

You can upgrade from Free to Pro in a couple of minutes: choose Upgrade to Pro, pay on the secure checkout page, and your Pro features switch on as soon as the payment is confirmed. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Upgrade to Pro

1. Sign in, then open Plan & billing from your account settings, or go to the pricing page.
2. On the pricing page, choose Monthly or Yearly with the toggle. Pro is £39 a month + VAT, or £390 a year + VAT billed once. On Plan & billing, the Pro button starts a monthly subscription.
3. Click Upgrade to Pro. If you are on a Pro trial, the button says Subscribe to Pro instead.
4. Enter your payment details and billing address on the checkout page. UK VAT at 20% is added to the price there. If your business is VAT-registered outside the UK, you can add your VAT number at checkout. If you have a promotion code, there is a place to add it there too.
5. After you pay you return to Plan & billing, which says "Payment received. Activating your account" for a few seconds, then confirms you are on Pro.

You will also see Start Pro in the upgrade panel that opens when you click a locked feature, such as contacts on a Hard to find tender. It takes you to the same checkout for monthly Pro.

What changes straight away

• Your digest switches to daily. Your daily emails start from the next morning's send.
• Unlimited saved searches, AI relevance with the reasoning, buyer contacts on Hard to find tenders and renewals in your sectors are unlocked.

Upgrade to Business

Business is for teams. On Plan & billing, click See Business plans, or go to the Business plans section of the pricing page, and choose a size:

• Starter: £99 a month + VAT, up to 5 seats
• Growth: £199 a month + VAT, up to 15 seats
• Scale: £349 a month + VAT, up to 40 seats

Choose Monthly or Yearly with the toggle (yearly is £990, £1,990 or £3,490 a year + VAT), then click Get started under the size you want. You then pay on the same checkout page.

Already paying? Switch plan

If you already pay for Pro or Business, you change plan on the subscription you have. You are never billed twice.

1. On the pricing page, set the toggle to the billing you want, then click Switch to under the plan you want. On Plan & billing, the other plan's button works the same way.
2. A box shows what you pay today and what you pay from then on. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of your current billing period. Moving down credits the unused time against your next invoices.
3. Click Confirm change. Your new plan applies straight away.

If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, you are taken to a secure Stripe page to do that, and the change applies once it is paid. To move a Business team to a smaller size, the team must fit the new size first, so remove colleagues from Team if you need to. Moving from Business to Pro moves your colleagues to the Free plan, because Pro is for one person.

Good to know

• For a VAT question about your account, contact us through the contact page.
• If the page still shows Free after you pay, wait a few seconds and it will update by itself. If it does not, refresh the page.
• If you are a team member rather than the team owner, your plan is managed by the owner, so there is no upgrade button for you. Your Plan & billing page shows who to contact.
• You can change or stop your plan later: see Cancel your plan.
