Invoices and VAT

Our prices are shown excluding VAT, and UK VAT at 20% is added when you pay. Every payment comes with a VAT invoice. Your invoices are listed in the billing portal: open Plan & billing, click Manage subscription, and the portal shows your invoice history. It is also where you can update your billing email and address. For a VAT question about your account, contact us through the contact page.

How VAT is added

• Every price on the pricing page is shown before VAT, for example "£39/month + VAT".
• At checkout you enter your billing address, and UK VAT at 20% is added to the price.
• If your business is VAT-registered outside the UK, you can add your VAT number at checkout.
• Your invoice shows the price, the VAT and the total, along with our VAT number.

Find your invoices

1. Sign in and open Plan & billing from your account settings.
2. Under Current plan, click Manage subscription. A secure billing portal run by Stripe opens.
3. Look for the invoice history in the portal to see your past invoices.
4. Use the return link in the portal to come back to Plan & billing.

You need a paid plan that you pay for yourself to see Manage subscription. If you do not see it, you are either on the Free plan or you are a member of a team that the owner pays for.

Update your billing email and address

In the same billing portal you can update the email address and the billing address on your account, as well as your payment method. Use these when your invoices need to go to a finance contact or a new company address.

Check what you pay

The prices on the pricing page, before VAT, are:

• Pro: £39 a month, or £390 a year billed once a year
• Business Starter: £99 a month or £990 a year, up to 5 seats
• Business Growth: £199 a month or £1,990 a year, up to 15 seats
• Business Scale: £349 a month or £3,490 a year, up to 40 seats

Free costs £0.

Your renewal date

While your subscription is active, Plan & billing shows when it renews, with a label such as "Renews 1 November 2026". This is the date your next payment is due.

Team members

If your Business plan is paid for by a team owner, the payment details and invoices belong to the owner. Your Plan & billing page shows their name, linked to their email, so you can ask them. Team members do not see the Manage subscription button.

Good to know

• Billing is handled by Stripe, so card details are entered on Stripe's pages rather than on TenderSignal.
• If a payment fails, your Plan & billing page shows Past due and asks you to update your payment method.
