What each plan includes

Free is £0, Pro is £39 a month + VAT and Business is from £99 a month + VAT, and each step adds more ways to find, act on and win tenders.
There are three plans: Free (£0, forever), Pro (£39 a month or £390 a year, + VAT) and Business (from £99 a month + VAT). Each plan includes everything in the one before it. The full side-by-side table is on the pricing page. Paid prices are shown before VAT; UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
Free: Discover
Free costs nothing and needs no card. It includes:
- Browsing every live tender, plus search, filter and sort
- One saved search
- A weekly digest of your matches
- A watchlist of up to 3 tenders, with a calendar feed of the deadlines
- Your matches on your dashboard
- Buyer contacts (name, email and phone) on tenders that are also on the national portals
Matches that are not on any national portal show as locked, so you can see how many there are.
Pro: Act
Pro is £39 a month + VAT, or £390 a year + VAT (billed once a year). It includes everything in Free, plus:
- Every match delivered daily
- AI relevance, with the reasoning
- Buyer contacts on Hard to find tenders too, and the matches not on the national portals
- Contracts coming up for renewal in your sectors
- Unlimited saved searches and an unlimited watchlist
- Alerts to Zapier, Make or n8n by webhook
Business: Win, together
Business is for teams that bid together. It includes everything in Pro, plus:
- One subscription with 5 to 40 seats
- Shared notes on tenders
- Pipeline Intelligence and Competitor Intelligence
- Bid tracker and CSV export
- Every renewal, in every sector, with go-live alerts
The three Business sizes are:

- Cancel your planOpen Plan & billing, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Invoices and VATPrices are shown excluding VAT and UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Your VAT invoices are in the billing portal, opened from Manage subscription on Plan & billing.
- Change or cancel an API planSwitch between API Starter and API Pro on the developers page, and cancel through Manage subscription; your website plan is never affected.
