Using Pipeline Intelligence
Updated 2 Oct 2026
Pipeline Intelligence lists contracts due back on the market, with the month we expect each to return, so you can prepare before the notice is published.
Pipeline Intelligence shows you contracts that are due back on the market, with the month we expect each one to return. Use it to get in front of a buyer before the tender is published, instead of starting from the notice.
Where to find it
Open the Intelligence menu in the main navigation and choose Browse Market Pipeline, or go straight to /pipeline. Business users also have My Pipeline in the sidebar for the signals they have saved.
What you see on your plan
- Business: every signal across every sector, 20 to a page, with the predicted re-tender date and buyer contact details where published. You can also save signals to your own pipeline.
- Free and Pro: a short sample of signals. You still see the contract title, buyer, region, value and end date, but the predicted date and contacts are locked and marked Business. The renewals in your own sectors are on your dashboard: see Use the renewals list to plan ahead.
See What each plan includes to compare plans.
Find the signals that matter
- Open
/pipeline. Your sectors from your profile are applied by default and shown under Filtered. Select Change to edit them in your settings. - Type a title or buyer into Search by title or authority... and select Search. If you have saved searches, pick one under Your saved searches to apply its keywords in one click.
- Use the date menu to choose the window. It starts on Next 12 months and offers 3, 6, 9, 24 and 36 months or All dates.
- Use the sort menu to order by Re-tender date, Newest first or Authority A-Z.
- Choose All dates in the date menu and switch on Show past predictions to include expected dates that have already passed. These show as overdue.
EU tenders follow the choice in your settings, and the page links to it so you can change it.
Open a signal
Select a card to see the contract end date, the buyer, the region and the estimated value, plus a link to the original award. If a live tender has since been published for the same work, the card shows a Tender dropped badge and the signal page offers View live tender.
Save signals to your pipeline (Business)
- On a signal, select Save to My Pipeline. From the list you can also select Add to pipeline.
- Open My Pipeline from the sidebar. Your signals are split into Active pipeline and Future signals.
- Set a status of Watching, Hot lead, Contacted or Not renewing, and write your own notes in Add notes.
Good to know
- A predicted date is a guide, not a promise. Contracts can be extended, brought in-house or cancelled, so check the original award before you plan around it.
- You can also add contracts to your pipeline from award history. See Look up award history.
