Look up award history

Updated 2 Oct 2026

Search the archive of expired and awarded contracts to see who won, what the work was worth and when it ended.

Award history is the archive of tenders that have closed or been awarded. Search it to see who won a contract, what it was worth and when it ended, so you know what you are up against before you bid. It is open to every signed-in plan, including Free.

Open the archive

Choose Search Award History from the Find Tenders menu in the main navigation, or go to /awarded. The page is titled Past Contracts.

Search the archive

  1. Type a keyword into Search past contracts... and select Search.
  2. If you have saved searches, pick one under Your saved searches to apply all of its keywords at once.
  3. Switch on No awarded supplier to show only contracts where no winner has been published.
  4. Check the sector badges under Filtered. They come from your profile, and Change takes you to your settings. EU tenders follow your settings too.
  5. Use the page controls at the bottom to move through the results.

The line above the results shows how many contracts match and that the search covers all time.

Read a result

Each result shows the contract title, the buyer, the region and the value where one has been published. It also shows one of these:

  • Awarded: a winner has been named, shown next to a trophy icon. Several winners on one contract are listed together.
  • Awaiting decision: the tender has closed and no award has been published yet.
  • Closed: the tender has closed and no winner is named.

Dates read Awarded with the award date, or Expired with the closing date when there is no award date. Select a title to open the full tender page.

Follow a winner

To see what a particular supplier has won, use Track Competitors and search for them by name. See Using Competitor Intelligence.

If you are not signed in

Visitors see one example result and a count of the other matching contracts. Choose Get started free to create an account and open the full archive.

Business: add a contract to your pipeline

On a Business plan each result has an Add to Pipeline button. Select it to start tracking that contract for its renewal, and it changes to In Pipeline. On other plans the same spot shows a locked Pipeline label that links to the pricing page. See Using Pipeline Intelligence for what to do next.

Good to know

  • Not every contract has a published winner or value, so some results show less detail than others.
  • Look at the end date and value together to judge whether a contract is worth planning around.
