The renewals list shows contracts due back on the market, with the month we expect each to return. Use it to plan ahead: you can research the buyer, line up a partner and get your bid ready well before a tender is advertised.
Where to find it
- Sign in and open your Dashboard.
- Scroll to the section called Coming up in your sectors. It lists contracts in your sectors due back on the market in the next six months.
The sectors come from your profile. Change them and the list changes with them. The section appears once there are renewals in your sectors. If you do not see it, check your sectors in your profile.
What each plan sees
| Plan | What you see |
|---|---|
| Free | How many contracts in your sectors come up for renewal in the next six months, plus up to two example contracts showing the buyer, the title and the region. The expected return date is locked. |
| Pro | The soonest renewals in your own sectors, each with the buyer, the region and an Expected date. |
| Business | Every signal across every sector, with buyer contacts and tracking, in Pipeline Intelligence and My Pipeline. |
On Free, click the card to see what Pro adds and upgrade when you are ready. See /pricing for plans and prices.
Business: track the ones you want
On Business you can browse the full list from Pipeline Intelligence at /pipeline and filter by timeframe, from the next 3 months up to the next 36 months. Keep the ones you care about in My Pipeline and set a status on each one: Watching, Hot lead, Contacted or Not renewing.
Good to know
- The expected date tells you when a contract is likely to come back, so treat it as a planning aid rather than a promise. Buyers can extend, change or end contracts, and the real tender notice is what counts when it appears.
- The list is about contracts that have not been re-advertised yet. For live tenders, use the browse page and your saved searches.
- To follow a live tender through to its deadline, see Watch a tender.
- Pro and Business are the plans that unlock the dates. See what is included on each plan at /pricing.
You can read more about the feature on the Pipeline Intelligence page.
