SKA-MID Work Frome Home Office Furniture

SKAO invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of Work-From-Home (WFH) office furniture. The scope of this RFQ includes the supply, delivery, and assembly of ergonomic office desks and office chairs, together with any associated support services required to ensure functionality and user comfort. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more supplier(s) for the ongoing provision of WFH office furniture.

The appointed supplier(s) will be expected to deliver high-quality, durable, and ergonomically compliant products that support employees in maintaining a productive and safe remote working environment. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided within the RFQ documentation on the Proactis portal. All submissions must comply with the specified technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.

To preserve the integrity of the evaluation process, Bidders shall submit pricing information only in the Items section of the Proactis portal. Bidders shall also upload a complete copy of their quotation in the Attachments section; however, all pricing amounts, rates, totals, and other monetary values must be omitted or redacted. No pricing information shall appear in any document uploaded in the Attachments section.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the bid being deemed non-compliant and rejected from further consideration. Please note that tenderers are required to complete tender acknowledgement forms and submit them via the Dialougue functionality by 23 October 2026 not later than 23:59. SKAO reserves the right to award to one or multiple supplier(s), and to not award at all.
