SKA-MID Supply and Delivery of HPE Server Hardware

SKAO invites suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of HPE server hardware required to support the planned performance and capacity upgrade of the MID-AA Ceph Cluster. The scope of this RFQ includes the supply and delivery of the HPE server hardware components specified in the Scope of Work (Annexure A). All proposed hardware shall comply with the specified technical requirements and be fully compatible with the existing MID-AA Ceph Cluster environment.

Interested bidders are required to submit their responses in accordance with the instructions set out in the RFQ documentation available on the Proactis Portal. All submissions must comply with the prescribed technical, commercial, and administrative requirements. To preserve the integrity of the evaluation process, all pricing information must be submitted exclusively through the Items section of the Proactis Portal.

Bidders are also required to upload a complete copy of their quotation in the Attachments section; however, all pricing amounts, rates, totals, discounts, and any other monetary values must be omitted or fully redacted. No pricing information may appear in any document uploaded to the Attachments section. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the submission being deemed non-compliant and excluded from further consideration.

Tenderers are required to complete and submit the Tender Acknowledgement Form via the Dialogue functionality on the Proactis Portal within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the RFQ. SKAO reserves the right to award to one supplier, multiple suppliers, or not to make any award in respect of this RFQ.
