Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the iSOC UPS Systems

SKAO invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of the interim Science Operations Centre (iSOC) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. The scope of this RFQ includes the provision of a complete turnkey UPS solution as specified in the Scope of Work (Annexure A). The appointed Contractor shall be responsible for all activities necessary to deliver a fully operational UPS installation, including site verification, obtaining any required approvals, supply and delivery of equipment and materials, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance.

The proposed solution shall comply with all specified technical requirements, applicable standards and operational performance criteria. Interested Tenderers are required to submit their responses in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFQ documentation available on the Proactis Portal. All submissions must comply with the prescribed technical, commercial and administrative requirements.

To preserve the integrity of the evaluation process, all pricing information must be submitted exclusively through the Items section of the Proactis Portal. Tenderers are also required to upload a complete copy of their quotation in the Attachments section; however, all pricing amounts, rates, totals, discounts and any other monetary values must be omitted or fully redacted. No pricing information may appear in any document uploaded to the Attachments section.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the submission being deemed non-compliant and excluded from further consideration. Tenderers are required to complete and submit the Tender Acknowledgement Form via the Dialogue functionality on the Proactis Portal within three (3) calendar days of receipt of the RFQ. SKAO reserves the right to award to one Tenderer, multiple Tenderers, or not to make any award in respect of this RFQ.
