Description
North Tyneside Council are seeking a Home Transition Bed Service providing 10 short-term residential care home beds located within North Tyneside. The service will enable safe and timely discharge from hospital, increase system flow and reduce the risk of people waiting for care in inappropriate hospital settings, including corridors, during periods of winter pressure.
