Inclusive Recruitment Training Workshops for Recruitment Managers

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a specialist equalities training provider having the relevant knowledge, expertise and experience to co-design and deliver bespoke Inclusive Recruitment workshops for managers. The workshops will be a requirement for hiring managers prior to undertaking recruitment.

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) seeks to procure a specialist training provider with expertise in equality and diversity for the design and delivery of Inclusive Recruitment workshops for all hiring managers at the Council. The proposed full-day workshops will support hiring managers to embed fair, accessible and inclusive recruitment practices by increasing awareness of potential barriers and biases affecting individuals with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. There will be a requirement for the workshops to be in person with a small number of online sessions per year for colleagues with differing working patterns, caring responsibilities, workplace adjustments and accessibility needs..
