CAVC-EPCD-21-011 - Cleaning Provision

The service required will involve a comprehensive cleaning service including routine and non-routine internal cleaning, plus some specific external cleaning. The contract will be a fixed cost contract against the specification provided and as an indication of contract size, the total internal space for cleaning purposes is approx. 52,000m²

This is a new contract that is scheduled to commence at the start of NOVEMBER 2021 for a period of FOUR years, with the option to extend for a further TWO years solely at the discretion of the contracting authority and is dependent on performance.

The service required will involve a comprehensive cleaning service including routine and non-routine internal cleaning, plus some specific external cleaning. The contract will be awarded as one contract for this location. For the purposes of this exercise, throughout the remainder of this document, all references to contract and/or contractor should be read as including one single contract or contractor.
