Full description
The Council wishes to engage a Service Provider which will commission a rights, advocacy and participation service that help children and young people feel respected, included, listened to and understood. This means that the successful provider will make sure the rights of children, young people are promoted, protected and respected and that decisions in children’s best interests are paramount.
