Your dashboard explained
Updated 2 Oct 2026
Your dashboard shows your latest matches, a summary of your activity, your watchlist and the contracts coming up in your sectors.
Your dashboard is your starting point each time you sign in. It shows the tenders matching your saved searches, how many deadlines are close, and the contracts coming up in your sectors. Open it from Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
Before you have a saved search
Until you have saved a search, the dashboard shows a Get started card headed Tell us what to search for. Select Create my first search to set one up, or Browse live tenders to look around first. See Create your first saved search. Your own sectors still show a Coming up in your sectors section, so there is something useful from your first visit.
Once you have a saved search
Summary cards
Four cards sit at the top. Each one is a shortcut.
- New matches: matches you have not yet been sent by email, with how many matches your searches have found in total. Select it to review them.
- Strong matches: how many of your matches are rated as a high fit.
- Expiring this week: watched tenders closing within the week, with the size of your watchlist. Select it to open your watchlist.
- Pipeline, or Hot leads on Business: a link to your pipeline on a Business plan, or to pricing otherwise.
Your matches
The main section is headed with your match count, for example "12 matches", or Recent matches when there are none yet. Each row shows the tender, its buyer and a New badge on matches since your last email. If some matches are not on the national portals, the heading says how many, for example "3 not on the national portals".
- Select a tender to open it.
- Hover over a row and select the x to hide a match that is not relevant.
- Select Manage saved searches to add, edit or delete searches.
- Select Show followed by a number (for example Show 7 more) to see beyond the first five matches.
Coming up in your sectors
When there are contracts in your sectors due back on the market in the next six months, this section lists them. Pro shows when each one is expected back, and you can select View all for the full list. On the Free plan you see the headline number and up to two examples, with Unlock with Pro to see more.
Watchlist
Tenders you have watched appear here. Select Add to calendar to subscribe to their deadlines in your calendar app, or View all to open the full list. If it is empty, select Browse tenders, then use Watch on any tender you want to track.
Pipeline intelligence and Competitors
These two sections are part of the Business plan. On Business, they show the pipeline signals and suppliers you follow. On other plans they are marked as Business and open the upgrade options.
Take the quick tour
The first time you open the dashboard you may be offered a Quick tour?. It takes about twenty seconds and points out where your matches land, your saved searches and your watchlist.
Good to know
- Your matches are updated each morning, newest first.
- On Pro, each match shows a short reason why it fits you.
