Weekly digest or daily emails

Which email you get depends on your plan. On the Free plan you receive a weekly digest of what your saved search matched. On Pro and Business, new matches are emailed to you, daily by default, so you can act on a tender the morning after it appears.

What each plan sends

Whatever your plan, your matches are always on your dashboard. The email is a nudge to go and look, so a quiet inbox does not mean you are missing anything there.

When the emails arrive

• Daily match emails (Pro and Business): sent once a day in the early morning, at around 8am UK time in winter and 9am during British Summer Time. You receive one only on days when there is something new for you.
• If you choose Weekly (Pro and Business): your new matches are sent together on Monday morning, at the same time of day.
• Free weekly digest: sent on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, about once a week. Once you have a saved search or a followed buyer, the first one lands about 10 to 14 days after you sign up, on the next Tuesday or Thursday. If nothing new matched your search that week, no email is sent.

Switch between weekly and daily

1. Open your account settings at /profile (the Profile page).
2. Find the Email preferences card and the Tender & opportunity alerts setting.
3. Choose Daily, Weekly or Off.

Your choice is saved straight away and you will see an Alert preferences updated message. Every daily match email also ends with a Switch to a weekly summary link, which changes the setting in one click without you signing in.

Good to know

• On the Free plan, choosing Daily opens the upgrade panel instead. See what each plan includes or the pricing page for the detail.
• Off stops your digest or match emails but keeps your account and saved searches. It is the gentlest way to pause. See change or stop your emails.
• Emails are only sent to a verified email address.
