Change or stop your emails

Updated 2 Oct 2026

Choose Daily, Weekly or Off in your settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop tender emails altogether.

You are in control of how often TenderSignal emails you. You can slow the emails down to weekly, pause them with Off, or unsubscribe completely using the link at the bottom of any tender email. Account and security emails are always sent.

Change how often you hear from us

  1. Open your account settings at /profile (the Profile page).
  2. In the Email preferences card, find Tender & opportunity alerts.
  3. Choose Daily, Weekly or Off.

Your choice saves straight away and shows Alert preferences updated.

  • Daily (Pro and Business): new matches emailed each morning. On the Free plan this option opens the upgrade panel.
  • Weekly: on Pro and Business your matches arrive together on Monday. On the Free plan this is the weekly digest.
  • Off: no digest or match emails, and no weekly watchlist roundup. Closing-soon reminders for tenders you watch still arrive. Your account, saved searches and dashboard are untouched, so it is the best way to take a break.

If you receive daily match emails, each one also has a Switch to a weekly summary link in the footer. It changes your setting in one click, with no sign-in needed.

Turn off alerts on your phone or browser

Open the Notifications tab of your settings to switch push notifications on or off. This is separate from email.

Unsubscribe from every tender email

Every tender email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer, and many email apps show their own unsubscribe button next to the sender. To unsubscribe:

  1. Select Unsubscribe in the email.
  2. On the page that opens, select Confirm unsubscribe.

You will see You're unsubscribed. From then on you will not receive tender alerts, digests or watchlist emails at that address. The confirmation step means a link-checking tool cannot unsubscribe you by accident. Some email apps skip it and unsubscribe you in a single tap from their own button.

Good to know

  • Account emails still arrive. Password resets and other account or security emails are not affected by unsubscribing or by choosing Off.
  • Unsubscribing is a stronger step than Off. It stops every tender email at once. If you later want them back, sign in, open the Email preferences card on your Profile page and switch Tender emails back on. You can also unsubscribe there with the same switch.
  • Your searches keep running. Pausing or unsubscribing does not delete saved searches. Your matches still appear on your dashboard.
  • Billing emails. Payment problem notices for a paid plan are account emails, so they still reach you.
  • Not sure which option fits? Weekly digest or daily emails compares the rhythms, and what each email contains shows what you would be pausing.

Common questions

Will I still get password reset emails if I unsubscribe?

Yes. Account and security emails, such as verifying your address or resetting your password, are always sent.

How do I pause emails without losing my searches?

Set Tender & opportunity alerts to Off on your Profile page. Your saved searches and matches stay in place and you can switch emails back on at any time.
