CWC26199 - Wolverhampton Arts Centre – Raise the Roof: RIBA Stages 5-7 Design Team (Lead Architect Led)

Appointment of a Lead Architect-led multidisciplinary design team to review existing RIBA Stage 4 information and deliver RIBA Stages 5-7 for the Raise the Roof project at Wolverhampton Arts Centre. Services to include Lead Architect, Contract Administrator, Principal Designer (CDM), Building Regulations Principal Designer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Structural & Civil Engineering and any specialist consultants required to deliver the project. This procurement is being managed and administered through the City of Wolverhampton Council's e-tendering portal on behalf of Wolverhampton Arts Centre.

The City of Wolverhampton Council is acting solely as the procurement facilitator and contracting authority for the purposes of administering the procurement process and does not have responsibility for the project requirements, evaluation outcomes, contract award decision, or subsequent contract management. Any resulting contract will be entered into between Wolverhampton Arts Centre and the successful supplier.
