Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) are seeking input from potential suppliers to establish the type of partnership preferred within in the market for the delivery and operation of a Strategic Development Partner for Black Country Transport. This will be to support their transport policy, development, design and potentially delivery as they move forward with their significant pipeline. The PME will provide an opportunity for Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of this service and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.
