National Trust Occupational Health Broker Contract

The National Trust is running a competitive procurement process to appoint a specialist Occupational Health broker to support the procurement and selection of a future Occupational Health provider. Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal Single Stage (RFP) is to invite suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit proposals for the provision of Occupational Health brokerage services. The successful broker will be expected to provide specialist Occupational Health market expertise, market intelligence, benchmarking, procurement support and provider evaluation services. This will include supporting the National Trust in refining requirements, undertaking market analysis, identifying and evaluating suitable Occupational Health providers, supporting a provider procurement exercise and presenting evidence-based recommendations for consideration. The National Trust has identified a broker-led approach as its preferred route to market for future Occupational Health services and is seeking a partner capable of supporting a fair, transparent and evidence-based provider selection process. Scope The successful broker will be expected to support a future Occupational Health provider procurement exercise on behalf of the National Trust. Activities are expected to include, but are not limited to:

• Requirements validation and refinement.
• Market analysis and market intelligence.
• Benchmarking activities.
• Provider sourcing and engagement.
• Procurement support and administration.
• Provider due diligence and evaluation.
• Recommendation development.
• Transition and mobilisation support.
