Great Places Housing Group (Great Places) is seeking to award contracts to providers of security services to maintain the safety and security of customers, colleagues, visitors, contractors as well as the premise and equipment, that prevents damage, disorder, or theft and strive to protect individuals and property against assault or injury. Scope for all Lots cover manned guarding, key holding, alarm response for offices and mobile patrol in vulnerable customer schemes and leasehold schemes. Waking watch and site security may be required during the contract period
