Design, Manufacture, Training, Support and Mid-life Technology Refresh of Specialist Multi-Role Rebreather (MRR) Sets

The National Armaments Director Group (NADG) Boats, Autonomous, and Specialist Marine Operations (BASMO) Delivery Team (DT) seeks a Prime Contractor to design, develop, manufacture and support a new Multi-Role Rebreather (MRR) Diver Life Support Equipment (DLSE) system (“the System”) to support a range of diving operations.

The proposed MRR contract will be for five (5) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year options to extend. If the Authority extends the contract’s Initial Term by electing to take up both option years, the contract duration will be a total of seven (7) years.

The proposed MRR contract will cover:

• Manufacture and provision of the System, including all ancillary equipment and documentation;
• Operator and maintainer training for the System;
• An initial period of in-service support to the System, including spares provisioning, repairs, and obsolescence management.
