IN-BARRACKS EQUIPMENT SUPPORT (IBES) FOR SUPPORT HELICOPTER FORCE (SHF) AND COMMANDO HELICOPTER FORCE (CHF)

Following the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) briefing conducted via MS Teams on 07 October 2026, the Authority intends to undertake further PME activity to gather additional market information, assess the level of supplier interest, identify any risks and issues not previously considered, support the development of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and associated contractual schedules, and inform both the commercial and procurement strategies. This engagement will help promote effective competition and maximise value for money from the Defence budget.
