Queens Quarter Professional Managing Agent

Croydon Central Management Company (CCMC or ‘the Client’) is seeking an experienced and professional Managing Agent to implement and oversee estate and block property management operations for Queens Quarter estate (‘the Scheme’) in Croydon, London for a term of 15 years in 5+5+5 increments.

The appointed managing agent will provide competent and accountable management for the estate’s common areas, estate services, including shared facilities in the basement plant rooms, which hold the tanks and equipment that service all four blocks.

SAY Property Consultants (SAY) have been appointed by CCMC to manage the tender process and select a Managing Agent who can deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and deliver value for money.
