Marine Technical Analysis, Modelling & Product Support Services RM6309 Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) — Lot 8 Infrastructure

Procurement of a single supplier to provide specialist technical analysis, modelling and product development support to The Crown Estate's Marine Planning & Technical function, in relation to the Marine Delivery Routemap and wider seabed leasing activities. TCE has developed a suite of interrelated analytical tools and models supporting decision-making across offshore wind and other marine sectors, which require ongoing enhancement, maintenance and application alongside the development of new analytical capability. Scope covers design, development, testing and maintenance of analytical tools and models; enhancement and optimisation of existing TCE-developed products including techno-economic models, deployment models and simulation tools; application of tools and models to generate insights on an on-demand basis; ad hoc analytical studies, research and reporting; integration of advanced analytics including AI and optimisation techniques; and development of documentation, user guidance and knowledge transfer materials.

All intellectual property generated remains with TCE unless otherwise agreed, with delivery primarily through secure access to TCE systems.
