Description

The works consist of the demolition of the existing buildings on the site, namely St Albans House, Samuel House, 14 – 16 Charles II Street, 66 – 71 Haymarket, 2 St Albans. The careful deconstruction by a specialist stone contractor of the historic facades on Charles II Street, the southern building on Haymarket and St James’s Market. The demolition works shall include the removal of existing basement structures and associated foundations, including but not limited to any obstructions 2m below existing slab level.
