Walter Preston Court is part of the Council's sheltered housing scheme, it has 34 units made up of 1 and 2 bed apartments. The scheme is understood to have been built in 1990 and the heating boilers are original.\r

The objective is to improve the energy performance and condition of the heating and hot water services. \r
