Description
Castle Point Borough Council (CPBC) requires the delivery of a new Changing Places Facility and associated remodelling works at South Benfleet Playing Fields. The works form part of the wider development of the borough’s first fully inclusive and accessible playground and shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements set out within this specification.
To support the operation of the fully inclusive and accessible playground and provide access to suitable facilities when the H.O.M.E. Hub Pavilion is closed, the works shall include the provision of a new Changing Places Facility and public toilet facilities.
