Case studies should reference the passenger cohort (SEND pupils, elderly residents, non-emergency patients), the geographic scope, and any performance metrics such as punctuality rates or complaint volumes.

Joining a DPS early is worth the effort even before specific routes appear. Check the buyer's procurement portal for open DPS applications and apply to the ones covering your operating area.

For fleet and vehicle supply, focus on which CCS and ESPO framework lots align with your product range and apply during the next open window. Buyers using these vehicles are often price-led, so understanding where your whole-life cost proposition sits relative to competitors helps you frame pricing compellingly rather than simply discounting.

Social value requirements are common. Commitments around local employment, driver training and development, or environmental performance (lower-emission vehicles, telematics to reduce fuel use) are credible and relevant for transport operators bidding on council contracts.
