- Service 1: Independent Visiting for Kent and Medway
- Service 2: Independent Visiting for London and the Rest of the UK
- Service 3: Advocacy Services
Service 1 and Service 2 (the Independent Visiting contracts) were awarded to Goal 17,
while the Advocacy contract was awarded to Coram Voice. All three contracts were
evaluated and awarded based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer
(MEAT) criteria.
