Description
This contract is for delivery of a coordinated programme of activity that supports the development and long-term sustainability of the SCHWeP network, while contributing to the wider ambitions of the Creative Health Southwark programme.
Objective 1: Network Development
- Plan and deliver quarterly network events
- Establish a board of advisors within the SCHWeP network
- Support underrepresented organisations to build connections within the network
- Build cross-sector collaborations
- Promote use of the London Creative Health Connections Map by local providers
- Enable SCHWeP and its network to contribute to the Council’s five ways to wellbeing campaign
Objective 2: Support for Creative Health Southwark
- Facilitate two-way communication between the SCHWeP network and Creative Health Southwark Steering Group
Objective 3: Influence Local and National Policy and Research
- Facilitate the co-design of borough-wide strategies and outcome frameworks relating to health and culture
- Represent Southwark at regional and national creative health meetings
