Description
The Council is building three separate high quality residential mixed tenure
developments in Priory Court, Walthamstow, E17. This scheme provides a
range of housing types that respond to varying needs which is key to support
the social mix of the borough and housing targets for the Council.
The scheme comprises of 83 units across three blocks, of which 62 are
Shared Ownership (SO) and 21 Social Rent (SR).
The appointment relates to the 62 shared ownership properties. The contract
requires an agent to provide a full sales and marketing service. The agent will
be required to develop a detailed sales and marketing strategy and must have
strong expertise in scheme branding, market positioning, promotion and
sales.
