The services include for:
a)The service, maintenance and repair of existing passenger lifts in council and public buildings across the borough.
b) Carrying out ten annual services to 320 passenger lifts
c) carrying out quarterly servicing o dumb waiters
d) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Greenwich Foot Tunnels
e) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Woolwich foot Tunnels
f) provide a breakdown service for lifts borough wide
g) Asbestos removal or encapsulation works where required.
