Description
The Supplier will provide expert advice and project management on:
Identifying and working with the Council’s Free School Meals Task and Finish group to outline each step of the auto-enrolment process.
Help map out the steps needed to get agreement across all teams involved in the Task and Finish group, support engagement with key stakeholders, and provide a clear delivery plan.
Tailor the Free School Meal auto-enrolment process to current Torbay operations.
Preparing and gathering the right legal and data protection approvals.
Identifying all eligible children and supporting the Authorities data teams to conduct data matching and eligibility checking of pupils.
Sending opt-out letters to all identified families.
Registering all pupils who have not opted out of the process.
Embedding auto-enrolment for future iterations and providing the Authority with a clear procedure document outlining the processes to follow.
