Description

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is undertaking a refresh of its Framework Agreement for the provision of education and training services to support Enhanced and Advanced Practice across Wales. HEIW is seeking to commission Level 7 programmes in Enhanced and Advanced Practice – masters and modules.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Bidders must demonstrate how they will deliver social value through the contract, such as supporting employment and workforce development, using local suppliers and amenities, participating in education and community initiatives, and promoting wellbeing. Community Benefits will be monitored annually and must be delivered at no additional cost to the Commissioner.
