Description
This tender is for a supplier to undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing and any other lease events in respect of the Council’s commercial property estate (excluding retail). Additionally, the Supplier will be required to undertake the marketing and associated letting of vacant premises across Herefordshire.
