The provision of gutter cleaning, solar cleaning and roof inspection works and slope mounted anchor inspection works. The contract period will be for 36 months. The programme of gutter cleaning, solar cleaning and inspections should commence within the first month of the contract.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
