715744465 - Supply of Modular Furniture to HM Ships and Submarines

Provision of Maritime Furniture across Royal Navy ships and submarines. The contractor will be responsible for project and service management, technical and engineering support, configuration and safety management, supply chain and inventory support, obsolescence management, codification, quality assurance, technical documentation, and the supply of furniture, spares and associated services.

The requirement includes support to current and future platforms, maintenance of key performance standards, delivery of management information and reports, and compliance with relevant MOD policies, DEFCONs, Defence Standards and security requirements throughout the contract term.

The Authority intends to procure this requirement using a Competitive Flexible Procedure. The initial stage will require interested suppliers to complete a Procurement-Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), designed to assess their capability, capacity, and suitability to deliver the requirement.

The PSQ will comprise a combination of pass/fail criteria and scored technical questions, with the evaluation methodology detailed within the questionnaire documentation. Suppliers successfully meeting the mandatory requirements and achieving the highest evaluation scores will be shortlisted.

The top three ranked suppliers will then be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement process, the Invitation to Tender (ITT), where detailed cost and non-cost proposals will be assessed prior to contract award.
