Description
This is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) opportunity only and not a call for competition.
The Future Police Estate Programme (FPEP) requires a secure, resilient and reliable cellular network solution across the new and refurbished police estate to support operational policing requirements and future Emergency Services Network (ESN) capability.
The contract will cover all six (6) FPEP locations.
The requirement will include the provision and ongoing support of cellular network coverage across the FPEP estate, providing appropriate coverage and service resilience, together with a clear point of accountability and escalation for network performance and service issues.
Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) was undertaken in June 2026 and received four responses. This has informed development of the requirement and demonstrated market capability and interest in the opportunity.
