Inter Campus Shuttle Bus provision to the University of South Wales

The University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a contractor to manage its provision of a Shuttle Bus service. The current contract operates across 3 sites and operates in accordance with the timetable and the specific requirements attached to this notice.

The University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a contractor to manage its provision of a Shuttle Bus service. The service requirement operates across the following sites:

Treforest Campus

Pontypridd

CF37 1DL

USW Sport Park

Pontypridd

CF37 5UP

Glyntaff campus

Pontypridd

CF37 4BD

Current Contract

The current contract operates across all the aforementioned sites and operates in accordance with the timetable and the specific requirements, attached to this notice.

The delivery of the Glyntaff shuttle bus service has a dedicated driver employed by the incumbent solely for that purpose and hence will be subject to TUPE. Additional information: Interested parties must:

Provide all the information requested and complete the SPD;

Accept and sign the Terms and Conditions;

Complete the Data processing agreement;

Provide robust and tender specific answers to the Quality criteria questions;

Consider Community Benefit offerings;

Register with NETpostives;
