SC22032: Community Services to meet requirement of Advocacy, DoLs and LPS (Lot 1: Independent Advocacy Services, Lot 2: Mental Health Assessment Services)

Kent County Council are looking to commission two services in relation to the provision of Advocacy Services. The Services are divided into two Lots, with further details of each Lot contained in Section II.2 of this Notice.

Lot 1 – Independent Advocacy Services

Lot 2 – Mental Health Assessment Services

The Council is running this procurement under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), a specific set of rules for health and social care contracts set out in the Public Contract Regulations (2015), adapting the Open procedure as proportionate to the requirement.
