Description

[Consultancy] The Trust currently has a requirement for a provider to deliver facilitation services in support of the PEACS (Pain: Equality of Care and Support in the Community) programme over a 12-month period. The provider will be working collaboratively with the PEACS programme team to support the delivery of introductory sessions, co facilitation of intervention workshops, participant engagement activities, community connections, signposting and associated evaluation activities.
