- Replace 4x Mitsubishi Electric 10kw cassettes
- Replace 1x Mitsubishi Electric 8kw cassettes
- Replace 1x Mitsubishi Electric 6.3kw cassette
- Replace 1x Mitsubishi Electric 5kw cassettes
- Install new pumps and drains on all 7 indoor units
- Replace Mitsubishi Electric BC box
- Replace Mitsubishi Electric 65kw twin outdoor unit
- Pressure testing and reuse existing pipework
- Re-insulation of pipework on external roof
